✨ A little ETGAR revision idea! ✨
I taught ETGAR for many years.
📚 Divide the handbook into topics and give each child/pair a section.
🎨 Using only the information on their pages, they create a clear, precise poster, video, presentation or mini-project.
🗣️ They present it and teach the class.
📌 Hang the posters on the classroom walls so the children keep seeing and revising the information.
Not doing ETGAR? This works with any big topic!
Try it and share what your pupils create! 💜
Bloom's Taxonomy + AI: 2. Understand
More than repeating facts. Can pupils explain the meaning in their own words?
Copy this prompt:
"I'm teaching [topic] to [my class]. Here is my source and explanation: [paste]. Create 3 short tasks: explain an idea in their own words, summarise the meaning, and give an example. Use only my material. Keep teacher notes separate. Don't add new interpretations."
Teacher check: Are they explaining the meaning, or just repeating the wording? Check every task against your source.
Build the Bricks! Parshas Shemos
Review Parshas Shemos with questions on the story, Hebrew words, shoresh, grammar and Rashi.
Give a hint. Keep the thinking.
Use AI to prepare hints, not answers.
Try this prompt:
"I'm teaching [source + question + our explanation] to [my class]. Create a hint ladder: where to look, a key phrase to unpack, then a sentence starter. Leave the reasoning to students. Use only what I supplied; don't reveal the answer."
Check first. Give one hint at a time. Stop when the student can continue.

Can AI help organise your life?
💡 Can AI help organise your life? A great question came up in our group, and the answer is definitely yes! But it’s not about finding one “best” AI. Different tools are good at different things. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Instinct… the key is choosing the right tool for what YOU need. And one important reminder: when an AI tool asks to connect to your email, calendar or other accounts, check the permissions carefully. Start small. Stay in control. AI should make life easier, not more complicated! 😊 AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher. Explore • Apply • Empower

Give existing content a refresh
✨ Good content doesn’t always need replacing. Sometimes it just needs a refresh. Take a resource you already love and let AI help you give it a fresh, professional look, while keeping your content at the heart of it. It may take some back and forth, but that’s part of the process! AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher.
Aseres Hadibros Pizza Box Project
A creative, hands-on project that helps pupils connect the Aseres Hadibros to real choices, values and everyday life.
From rough notes to ready resources
💡 Another way AI can save teachers time… Got rough notes, resources and ideas that someone else needs to teach? Give them to AI and ask it to turn them into a clear, organised teaching plan. From what’s in your head → to something another teacher can actually use. You provide the teaching. AI helps organise it.

Canva AI: check Jewish details
CANVA AI - I've been testing it! 😊
Following the questions about making videos with AI, I've been having a play with Canva AI myself.
It can create images, designs and video clips from a prompt. BUT... I asked it to make me a simple Sukkos video and some of the Jewish details were definitely not right! 😂
Check the Jewish details carefully before using AI-created content with your class.
