QR Code Treasure Hunt
✨ Turn revision into a QR Code Treasure Hunt! Make revision more active, engaging and fun. How to create and run it: 1. Choose a revision topic, such as Sukkos, Chumash, Navi, Parsha, Dinim or Hebrew. 2. Ask AI to generate age-appropriate questions and answers. Check and edit every question. 3. Choose locations for the clues around your classroom, school or outdoor space. 4. Create a QR code for each question using a QR code generator. 5. Print, label and place the QR codes. 6. Put pupils into pairs or small teams and give each team an answer sheet. 7. Explain the rules, boundaries and time limit. 8. Pupils scan each code, discuss the question and record their answer. 9. Review the answers together, correct misunderstandings and celebrate learning. AI can help create the questions and QR codes. You bring the teaching, judgement and knowledge of your class. Can AI help organise your life?
💡 Can AI help organise your life? A great question came up in our group, and the answer is definitely yes! But it’s not about finding one “best” AI. Different tools are good at different things. ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Instinct… the key is choosing the right tool for what YOU need. And one important reminder: when an AI tool asks to connect to your email, calendar or other accounts, check the permissions carefully. Start small. Stay in control. AI should make life easier, not more complicated! 😊 AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher. Explore • Apply • Empower
Ludo, reimagined with AI
🎲🌿 My latest AI creation! I had an idea… why not turn the traditional game of Ludo into a Sukkos learning game? So I used AI to help me develop Sukkos Ludo – Race to the Sukkah! 🛖 Sukkos questions, challenges, the Four Minim and plenty of fun, all in one printable game. This is exactly what I love about using AI in education: you bring the idea. AI helps you bring it to life. AI is our assistant. Give existing content a refresh
✨ Good content doesn’t always need replacing. Sometimes it just needs a refresh. Take a resource you already love and let AI help you give it a fresh, professional look, while keeping your content at the heart of it. It may take some back and forth, but that’s part of the process! AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher.
Aseres Hadibros Pizza Box Project
Someone recently asked me for an Aseres Hadibros Pizza Box Project I designed years ago. 🍕 I used AI to recreate and refresh it. AI can help bring years of teaching ideas back to life.
Sukkos window-transparency craft
A little Sukkos creativity with AI 🌿✨ Print onto OHP/transparency film, colour with Sharpies/permanent markers, then place over silver foil or metallic card for a beautiful stained-glass effect. A simple way to use AI to create something children can enjoy making and proudly hang in their Sukkah. 💜 AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher.
From rough notes to ready resources
💡 Another way AI can save teachers time… Got rough notes, resources and ideas that someone else needs to teach? Give them to AI and ask it to turn them into a clear, organised teaching plan. From what’s in your head → to something another teacher can actually use. You provide the teaching. AI helps organise it.

“What have I forgotten?” before Rosh Hashanah
🍎 Before Rosh Hashanah, try one simple AI question: “What have I forgotten?” Give AI your plans and ask it to check what you may have missed before Yom Tov. 💡 AI isn’t only there to create. Use it to check, review and organise too. Small prompt. Big time-saver. Try it today, and share what AI helped you remember!
Ask your students: what do you see?
🍎 Rosh Hashanah + AI
ASK YOUR STUDENTS
What do you see? What’s missing? What would you add?

Canva AI: check Jewish details
CANVA AI - I've been testing it! 😊
Following the questions here this morning about making videos with AI, I've been having a play with Canva AI myself.
It can now create images, designs and even video clips just from a prompt. BUT... I asked it to make me a simple Sukkos video and some of the Jewish details were definitely not right! 😂
So over the next few days I'm going to put together a simple Canva AI guide specifically for Jewish Studies teachers - what it can do, how to prompt it, where it works really well and, very importantly, what we still need to check ourselves.
Because as we always say:
AI is our assistant. The teacher remains the teacher. 💜

Teaching Aleph Beis: a practical guide
A little sneak preview from AI Guidance… 👀
A teacher asked me for guidance on teaching Aleph Beis, so I've put together this practical classroom guide based on what I've learnt over many years of teaching.
I'm sharing this one with the group as a gift today. ❤️
It's also a little taste of what's coming next…
The AI Guidance website is now live, with practical teacher guidance, resources, AI ideas and much more.
Some resources will remain free, and I'll also be developing more substantial premium resources and teacher toolkits.
